Office activity is busier than ever at GCC FCU. Changes have become a “normal” way of life. God is blessing the efforts of the staff and Board of Directors. Please read the following, or visit www.grantcountyfcu.org for updates.
Debit / ATM Cards Arrive!
November 1, 2006 is a landmark day for the credit union. After years of
planning our dreams have come true. Members will be delighted to discover
we are now able to offer Debit cards and ATM cards! Application may be
made by contacting the credit union at creditunion@grantcountyfcu.org
(online applications will soon be available).
Merger Takes Place
As of October 1,
2006 Marion Postal Employees FCU and WGM FCU have joined forces to become
Grant County Community FCU. We now have two offices and 5 employees. There
have been a few "bugs", in the computer systems, but nothing
too serious. So far all "bugs" have been worked out and services
are continuing as usual.
Name Change Granted
The National Credit Union Association has granted WGM FCU's request to
change the name of our credit union to Grant County Community Federal
Credit Union. We trust this name change will not be too confusing to our
present members. It is our desire to display in our name the fact we welcome
other individuals to join our group.
Extended Membership
The NCUA (National Credit Union Association) has approved WGM FCU’s
request for extended Membership.
